Code regarding the protection of personal information

Memorandum prepared in accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196 dated the 30th June 2003

In accordance with the contents of Legislative Decree 196/03, we would like to inform you that the information supplied to us will only be used for a purpose that is closely related to our job relationship.

The treatment manager is Abbiati Giovanni, at Abbiati Casino Equipment snc. Other employees involved in the treatment may be appointed by the managers depending on the requirements of the service.   3. The interested party has the right to obtain:

    2. The cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or the blockage of information that is not treated in accordance with the law, including that information that it is not necessary to store regarding the purpose for which the information was gathered or subsequently treated
    3. Certification that the operations in letters a) e b) have been notified, also as regards their content, to those to whom the information has been communicated or divulged, except in the event that the fulfilment of this requirement be impossible or require the use of methods that are obviously disproportionate to the right protected
  4. The interested party has the right to oppose, either in whole or in part:
    1. The treatment of personal information that concerns them, for reasonable motives, even if the information is pertinent to the purpose of the treatment
    2. The treatment of personal information that concerns them for the sending of advertising material, or direct sales material, or for the completion of market research or commercial communications.
